The Staff
The Housing staff is a diverse group of people who are here to assist you in making your experience living on campus a good experience. At the heart of the Housing staff is the Resident Assistant. A Resident Assistant lives on each floor of each residence hall and is there to help you solve problems, answer questions, and provide programs and activites to help you meet new people. relax a bit and gain some new experiences. Each residence hall also has a Hall manager or an Associate Hall Manager. Theses individuals oversee the day to day operations of the building, supervise the Resident Assistants and help the residents and RAs work together to build a strong sense of community with the residence halls so that everyone recieves the most out of ther college experience.

Resident Assistants
Resident Assistant One of the first people that you will meet on your floor is your Resident Assistant (RA). RAs are students who have trained to work for University Housing while living on campus. Their experience and training makes them aware of the adjustments that have to be made to have a successful life on campus and within the community. Each RA is on duty to help students adjust to college life and be successful. The RA on Duty can help you if you are locked out of your room, give you guidelines on behavior, help with maintenance problems or lend a sympathetic ear when you need to talk. Check at the desk area for duty day and location of your RA. RAs are always available for assistance no matter which hall they happen to be in at the time.
